Regression: Creating few projects it shows the status as Project In conversion.

1)Login as Project Manager
2)Create a project
3)Observe the project status in the listing screen

Description

Regression: Creating few projects it shows the status as Project In conversion.(Sporadic).

When the project takes more time to save and clicking on save button again shows the project status as Project In conversion.

For the Project name with ' & Saving it takes more time.(If approval is set then it will not be listed in the approvers and requestor action list – but it will show the approvers name in the listing screen).

Saved successfully alert is not displayed.

Scenario(Varadaraj) : When converting the template to project at that time it is allowing to enter the special characters and if the project contains approval then the project saved alert will not display and project status will be In conversion.

While converting project to template using special characters in "template name" it is not showing all the characters given(name).
