AQuA-Doc Route Issue: For the Route Based 2nd time Publish Document is not displaying Inprocess request message in the AQuA Publish Window

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Select PI -> Open any Document

4.Publish the Document to the Route based Level

5.Again Publish the same document

6.Now Goto DocPro -> Give the Full Rights and Document Rights in Folder & Document Management

7.Then Again Goto AQuAPro Module -> Publish the same document which has shown alert message

8.Observe the Result

Description

Publishing a Document which was having Route and without the approvers approve the document am again Publishing the same document at that time in the Publish window it should show "The Published Document is already in progress state" but its not showing this in the state field and its allowing to publish the document at that time its displaying an Alert Message as "Need to have full access"
