1)Login to module as auditor
2)Perform audit
3)Upload audit records
4)Publish the report for approval
5)navigate to actions and Terminate the report
6)Observe

Description

1) Duplicate emails are generating when Auditor terminates the audit Report.
2) Audit assign notice to LA and Auditee contact person
