Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on audit cycle
3. Create direct actual audit by adding some process and save it
4. Create one more actual audit for the same entity
5. Observe the result

Description

1. Audit Cycle > Add Actual Audit>Assigned process count is not correct for newly added actual audits

2. Audit Cycle -> Process scope is not displayed in audit assign page and perform audit-audit details page
