3. Click on corrective action response email tab

Below Emails has to remove from customise email messages since the function is changed

EwQIMS - Audit Pro : Email to Auditee Manager for NC Response Approval
EwQIMS - Audit Pro : Email to NC Contact person when Auditee Manager Rejects NC Response
