Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Go to perform audit link
3. Click on "Audit cycle" link
4. Click on upload audit records button
5. Click on audit form name link
6. Click on checklist name and observe the result

Fill Checklist -> HQ Process Audit and Moto Audit Checklist -> Assigned Business Logic is not getting displayed in fill checklist page

Note: For list score we could fill checklist by selecting score value. Bit for moto audit checklist we could not continue to filling checklist. Because the score value will display based on logic selection
