1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit
3. Click on audit link which is scheduled on current date
4. Click on upload audit records

Description

Re upload time issue for current date scheduled audits with Publish the Audit report after End Date(+) as "0" and Re-Upload Time for Audit Report as "1"

If click on "Upload audit records" system is showing "Re upload time has elapsed"

Expected: The system should allow to upload audit records
