Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as project manager
2)Click on New button in the listing screen
2)Select supplier ppap pillar
3)Click on Add supplier
4)Add supplier and click on save
5)Do the addition of supplier again
6)Observe the result

Description

Supplier Multiple deletion is not working (Need to remove the supplier multi select) and for each single deletion of supplier it shows alert incorrectly.Instead of "Deleted successfully" it shows as "Saved successfully".

When the supplier is already added and adding same supplier then alert shown as saved successfully instead of Supplier already added.
