Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Click on Import button
4. Import the attached File
5. Click on Supervisor Calendar menu
6. Click on Assign PM
7. Observe the Sub Equipment
8. Observe
9. Click on Equipment icon
10. Click on Assign PM
11. Observe the WO generated

Description
Issue 1: PM Supervisor Calendar: WO is not getting generated for Sub Equipment.
Issue 2: PM Supervisor Calendar: Click on Equipment Icon, need to display the Corporate details to select and unselect the multiple Equipment
