Yazaki : Layer is not getting saved.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on layers
3)Fill all the mandatory fields
4)Click on Save
5)Observe After refresh

Description

Layer is not getting saved after filling all the fields when clicked on Save the page is refreshing and does not displays the saved/added layer in Layer creation screen.
and even Layer route is not displaying
