closedTOC: Folder is displayed when the logged in user does not have rights for the document and the folder displayed is inactive (Only when the rights for sites has any rights)

1.Create a folder and set access for sites as attach rights and FA/RR/VH/VO
2.Access for groups as attach rights for doc and no access for the document
3.Publish the document for the folder
4.TOC shows the folder name in level tree with inactive status for the folder

1.Create a parent and child folder and active only the child,give access rights for sites as attach and FA and rights for group as attach and No access
2.Publish the document for the child folder
3.Check the TOC, it shows the parent folder as inactive level
4.If the parent folder has another child folder and the child folder has doc access , it shows the parent folder as inactive and shows one child as inactive and other child as active

1.Create a parent folder and 2 child folder. dont change any rights, keep the default rights
2.Publish the document for the 2 child folder
3.Now go to doc management and change one of the child folder doc to no access
4.Check the folder in TOC
5.It shows the child folder in active status and when clicking on it shows no data found
