Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin.
2. Go to Alignment Chart
3. Add Detailed Risk in Process.
4. Open the detailed risk form
5. Enter risk area.
6. Ctrl + Click the risk area.
7. Right click and click on Publish Document.
8. Enter reason for publish.
9. Click ok
9. Go to Doc Pro.
10. Open the doc and observe
