Before saving a new route,while clicking on delete button error message is getting as "This route used by route options cannot be deleted"

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Select Route from setup
3. Create new route
4. Before saving click on delete and check the alert getting

Description

Before saving a new route,while clicking on delete button error message is getting as
"This route used by route options cannot be deleted"

Suggestion: DELETE button should get enabled only after saving a new ROUTE
