Not able to reject the Charter and Plan Document.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Approver
2)Open the charter document
3)Now Reject the document
4)Observe the result

Note : Same for Plan document also

Description

Not able to reject the Charter and Plan Document. - Page Keeps On Loading

But for Output document rejection it is working fine.
