Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator

2.Select PI Yamaha/Context element as Bike

3.Click the Item definition Tab

4.Select Block Diagram

5.Now move the Element Box and Observe the Result

Description

Block Diagram: Reference ID is placed on center line of the top Rectangle box, But when we move the Elements or the rectangle Box it has been positioned on the top Left corner.
