Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuAPro Module User
2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
3.Select PI -> Open Process FMEA Document
4.Just simply Double-Click on the empty area in the Header Section for creating a Literal Header
5.Enter the Header Name -> Click anywhere on the Header Section
6.Observe the Result

Description
In the Header Section, By Double-Click on the empty area inside the header section it will insert a Literal Header then enter a header name and click on the header section anywhere then the header section borders will move along with your mouse movements.
Note: After refresh the Header section boarders was displayed properly.
