Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Setup
4.Select Create Department
5.Select any 2 Departments and Check the first Department as Production Department
6.Click Delete
7.Observe the Result.
8.Again Select any 2 Departments and Check the Second Department as Production Department
9.Click Delete
10.Observe the Result

Description

In Create Department Page, it is allowing to Delete Department even if it is assigned as a Production Department.

When the Top Most Department among the Selected Departments is Checked as a production Department, it is not allowing to Delete.

Otherwise its Allowing to Delete even if it is a Production Department.
