When there is only one supplier contact person then it allows change the status as "Inactive" when it is assigned primary contact person also.

1)Login as Supplier portal
2)Open the supplier
3)Select the part
4)Click on User icon
5)Open the user details
6)Change the status to Inactive
7)Observe the result
