Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EWQIMS
2.Move the documents from PPT1 to PPTSS 3.Integrate the PPTSS folder to PPT1 4.New document request to PPT1 5.Move the requested document to PPT1 to PPTSS 6.Change request the document in PPT1 7.Login as PPTSS user and check the TOC
