Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI

4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on AIAG VDA DFMEA, new tab will open

5.Click on AIAG VDA Design tab and click on Failure Analysis

6.Right click on existing Cause and select Risk and add data and click OK button or select Optimization

7.System Hangs

Description

While opening Risk page is opening to add data where optimization does not open and System hangs for both activities.

Need to refresh the entire application.
