Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Failure Tree/EFC Tree
6. Right click on Element
7. Click on Edit Requirement
8. Click on save button
9. Observe the result

Description
Failure & EFC Diagram: Indicator disappears when clicked the ok button for Edit Requirements pop up window. Once the page was refreshed, it will displays the indicator.
