Supplier Rating Report -> Problem on showing data's in report

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Click on any scheduled audit in perform audit page
3. Submit the audit status and result after fillingt checklist
4. Click on Supplier Rating Report icon

Description

o Element filed should be displayed only parent of checkpoints (Section / Subsection / Checklist). No need to display compliance name and parent of parent and each checkpoints

o Percentage calculation is wrong and over all calculation is also wrong.

o N/A Value is displayed as -1

o No border in report for all the fields
