Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3.Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4.Click on the RFD Tab
5.Click on VOC
6. Click on ADD button and Enter Huge set of Data in Function Field
7. Add Requirement field
8. Observe the data.

Description
In VOC-->When adding Large set of Data in Functions Field, Design of the Requirements field is not looking good.
After that page was refreshed, it showing the alignment properly.
