Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on TPM Module
3. Click on Groups menu
4. Click on ADD button
5. Enter the Group name
6. Click on Access rights
7. Expand the Group field
8. Observe the field
