1)Login as Super admin
2)Click on Main Menu
3)Select the production item
4)Click on DFMEA document
5)Provide Reconcile task details
6)Select and Right Click the task
7)Reconcile with project planner
8)Observe the result

Description

1.Clicking on the Aqua reconciliation icon in the project planner is not redirecting to the Aqua page in chrome. It shows a blank page only.
2.Problem solver templates mare displaying along with project names in the Aqua page.
