Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3.Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4.Click on the RFD Tab
5.Click on VOC
6. Click on ADD button and create Multiple Requirements for Single Functions.

Description

While creating Multiple Requirements for Single functions, Traceability Icon is showing.

The page after a refresh, data is showing correctly in Requirement field.
