Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Supplier admin
2)Create a Supplier
3)Map part to the supplier
4)Provide address
5)Create Contact person
6)Now select the user and deactivate the user
7)Selected user will be removed
8)Now in PPAP While creating Project with this supplier it will take it as PPAP Project owner
