Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login into EWQIMS Application
2)Select MSA Module
3)Go To Reports TAB
4)Click on Gage Visual Management menu
5)Select the Study Type
6)Enable Include Over All Plan option
7)Click on View Button
8)Click on Publish the document button
9)Observe the result

Description
When the study type is selected and Include over all plan is enabled then click on view button .now click on publish the document button to publish the document ,"500 internal server error " is displayed
