Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC
6. Right-click on Requirement Field
7. Click on Add/Associate characteristics menu from context menu
8. Select the characteristics Id and click on Ok button
9. Click on Requirement menu from RFD tab
10. Observe the result in Associated Characteristics listing screen
