Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Right click on the Global PI and Create the new PI
4.Click on Design Documents Menu and click on Functional/Failure Analysis
5.Observe the Tree/Table view

Description

• After creating a Production item, system creates a blank Function/Requirement/Failure automatically.
• Verified for Global PI in AquaPro and found there is no Blank data.
• If a Data is added in that blank field, a new blank row is created above it.

Note: Suspecting that the issue may occur after creating Operational Category and 4M category.
