IE & Chrome Main2: Picture Header, In the "Existing Image from DocPro" option the selected Picture is not displaying correctly

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document

4.Insert a Picture Header in the Header Section

5.Double-Click on the Picture Header -> Select the "Find an Existing Image Document" option

6.Click on Browse Button -> Select a Image from the required Level

7.Enter the Size of the Image -> View the displayed Image below

8.Click on OK Button -> View the Image displayed in the Header

9.Observe the Result

Description

IE & Chrome Main2: Picture Header, In the "Existing Image from DocPro" option for the Selected Picture from the DocPro its not displaying the Picture in the Resize Image Window and also its not displaying the Picture by viewing in the Picture Header after clicking on OK Button

This issue is not fixed so changing the status as Not Resolved on 14.05.2019 in Cycle-9

NOTE: This issue is working fine in Blank DB but its not working in Existing DB so only the status was changed to Not Resolved

Not able to replicate with the same steps in the current build kindly re confirm the steps to replicate to fix this issue Please find the attachment which was tried from development testing.

Please view the attached images and choose the Images from these 4 (PLUG FR LWR BALL (SNA) IN HOUSE, SS0 STUD, STUD RACK END FORGE (SNAA, STUD RACK END (SNAA)) the given issue will be replicated because these 4 images are existing images and the remaining 2 images (Image file All Documents for Empty Branch Issue 2 on 05.10.2018.jpg & Image file Automotive-Warm-Forged-Parts-Market.jpg) are newly added so this will work.

NOTE: The given Steps to Reproduce are same no changes in that.

This is due to file content was removed manually while transferring datas. Please try to replicate the same scenario like below

1.Create a new image document request
2.Delete the created document in doc pro
3.Try to select the deleted document in AQuAPro
