Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login with EWQIMS
2. Navigate to Boss module
3. Click on Interested party expectations tab
4. Click on Alignment Chart
5. Choose Expectation Category from dropdown
6. Right Click on Key Process
7. Click on Risk Form
8. Add a new row
9. Click on View Action Plan
10. Add data in First row
11. Right click on the row
12. Observe the result
