Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login with EWQIMS
2. Navigate to Docpro Module
3. Click on Documents tab
4. Click on Advanced Search icon
5. Select Level and Enter Level Number and click on Search
6. Click on Edit Search
7. Observe the result
