Steps To Reproduce:

1)access http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2)in business rule setup->set the planned audit Approval as "Yes"
3)create a planned audit
4)click publish for approval
5)check in actions it shows waiting for approval according to approval routes
6)but in batch manager the email is not getting generated.
Note :When terminated doc in Actions Termination Email is Generating.
