Steps To Reproduce:

Create a checklists
create a checkpoint with lists option
Set 1,2,3,4,5 as NC,OFI,NC,No NC (two NC)
Save
Observe,
Select the checkpoint and edit as delete 3 (NC) from the lists
Edit 4 as 3 and change the value to any as No NC
Observe the alert
