1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on perform audit
3)Observe

Description

Audit attachments "Add" button is not displaying instead system is displaying Refresh for a newly created schedule and when upload NC/OFI when clicked displays "Reupload time has elapsed" though there is still time to upload audit report

Same issue exists in pandora DB as well
