Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EWQIMS as PPT1 user
2.Select the levelB and click document integration
3.Select the site PPT1 and source level as LEVELA
4.Select integrate by folder
5.Click save
6.Request a new document to level A
7.Click on documents and select Level B
