Multi site:Route is created with some approvers in PPT1, when moving the approver user to another site PPTS, then the approver is deleted from the group but the rights are not deleted, it shows in route and the approver has rights to access both the sites

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Create two users User A and user B in PPT1 site
3.Crete a route with user A and B as approver in PPT1 site route
4.Click on users
5.Select the User B and change the user from PPT1 to PPTSS site
6.USer B is no longer in PPT1 site and also in PPT1 groups
7.By that time when new document is requested to PPT1 site
8.Then it goes for the approval process
9.USer B should be in revoked status, not in inprocess status

Description

Routes→PPT1→When the users are added as approvers in 1st round,say(user A, User B)→User B is now moved to PPT SS site, then its removing in the approval group, but its showing the user in PPT1 route and it shows the status as inprocess for all the users, actually it should be revoked???

This is the functionality,, need to discuss this further when revoke functionality is proper
so closing the issue in cycle 5
