Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu
3.Expand the Global PI and select the PI
4.Click on Design FMEA/Process FMEA
5.Right click on Column header
6.click on Insert heading
7.JS error will display
8.Observe the Result

Description

In Table when right click on column header and click on Insert heading an js error will display and also the header will not get created after refresh only it will create.Please verify the attachment
