Steps To Reproduce:

1) In process activities select Audit form as "Online" and attach couple of checklist/checkpoints.
2) Again click on + icon and Click on edit and select some other checklist/checkpoints click done
3) Now Click on + icon and View

Description

Scenario : 1) In process activities select Audit form as "Online" and attach couple of checklist/checkpoints.
2) Again click on + icon and Click on edit and select some other checklist/checkpoints click done
3) Now Click on + icon and View

System displays the first assigned checklist/checkpoints but not the latest one
