Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Navigate to Boss module
3. Click on Interested Party Expectations tab
4. Click on Vision,Mission,Values & Quality Policy icon
5. Click on attachment from any Activities
6. Select file from Local folder
7. Attach a file
8. Observe the result
