Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select PI -> Open Control Plan Document
9.Slide the Vertical Bar to the End -> View the Right-Side Sev, Occ, Det & RPN Columns
10.Observe the Result

Description
PFMEA Document, the Right-Side Sev, Occ, Det & RPN Columns is not displaying when the document is opened but by expanding the Header and refreshing the document its displaying properly

This Issue was worked in last build and its found in this build only
