Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditor
2. Click on perform audit link from menu
3. Click on any one auditee hyperlink
4. Click on "Audit attachment" as controlled
5. Click the add files in Attachment and upload file
6. Delete the upload the file
7. See the action
