Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as EWQIMS doc pro admin
2.Click on administrator actions
3.Modify the route
4.Remove all the approvers and save
5.Error occurs
6.Click ok to that alert→The document is still listed in admin actions
Due to this the document is not publishing
