Steps To Reproduce:

1.Open the Browser
2.Enter the URL
3.Enter the Username and Password
4.Click on Login Button
5.Click on Module icon
6.Click on AQuAPro
7.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2
8.Select PI -> Open PFMEA Document
9.Fill the Values in the Revision State Branch including the Sev, Occ & Det
10.Insert a New Branch below the filled Revision State Branch -> View the Sev, Occ & Det Column
11.Observe the Result

Description

For the Revision State Branch, For the Recommended Action by inserting the New Branch it’s not taking the Sev and Occ as separately instead of that its taking commonly but in Micron its taking Separate for each inserted new branch.
