Steps To Reproduce:

1.Perform audit and submit to auditee(Class B form) with more than fivr clause details
2.Auditee-Actions->Fill RAP form details (all the clause text box)and submit
3.Auditee->Corrective action->Click on the audit number->VAM report(RAP form)
Observe,
few details has not saved completely.
