Bug #1143: MultiSite→Documents get duplicated, when moving and resets the document back and forth in source folder within sites

Impact:MultiSite→Error occurs when move and reset the document back and forth across sites/within sites ,so can’t able to move the document

1.PPT1 document is moved from PPT1 to PPTSS
2.Request a new document in PPT1 so that it has native document
3.Integrate the document from PPT SS to PPT1
4.Move the documents from PPTSS to PPT1
5.New document request to PPTSS
6.Move the document from PPT1 to PPTSS
