Steps To Reproduce:

Pre condition:
Schedule an audit for a supplier
Perform the same audit and submit to suditee
Complete the auditee response and auditor close out

Steps:
Login to supplier portal
Click on the same close out supplier
try to click on supplier self evaluation
Observe,
Score value not displayed.no records found
Instead it changed to red status fr schedule audit
