Steps To Reproduce:

Login as SQE
Perform audit
Upload audit record
Fill checklists and click submit
Page navigates to Chcecklists upload screen with green check mark
Click on same checklists with green check mark and try to click on submit all button
Observe,
Checklists green mark changed to red which shows not submitted but inside entered is present
