Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login as Super admin
2)Click on Main Menu
3)Select the production item
4)Click on DFMEA document
5)Provide Reconcile task details
6)Select and Right Click the task
7)Reconcile with project planner
8)Observe the result

Description

Reconciled task is not indented to the selected task.
Once the project is mapped to one production item then it should not allow to select the other projects.
